Ordering and Order Processing

SKFootball Pty Ltd (“SKF”) owns and operates this website. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us for any reason. For example, we may reject your order if we know or suspect that you intend to resell some or all of the products specified in your order as a part of a commercial business. You may only place orders via this website for private and domestic purposes.

We prohibit purchases for resale and/or reselling any SKF product as part of any business (including any on-line business) unless agreed to in writing by SKF.

Pre-sale items are subject to variable pre-sale dates for submission and delivery of each item, as communicated by email and on the SKF (samkerrfootball.com) website. 

Standard orders  will be processed and dispatched within two (2) business days of receipt of the order. You will be notified when your item is collected by our logistics partners and will be able to track delivery.

Pricing

All payments via our website are transacted in Australian dollars.  Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges (delivery charges will be added at check-out).

Payments

We accept payments from worldwide.

Depending on your circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.

Purchases made using our payment options are subject to the providers terms and conditions.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless an item is faulty or we are otherwise required by law to accept a returned item. Please follow the size guide listed with each item in the online store when purchasing.

We cannot guarantee that images on our website exactly represent actual products or their packaging. In particular, the colours shown on the website may not exactly represent the colours of our products because the colours you see on the website depend on the colour reproduction on your computer or mobile device.  Any differences between the product on your screen, and as delivered does not constitute a product fault.

If an item is faulty, please email info@samkerrfootball.com. All costs associated with a faulty item will be refunded in full to the original payment source, including the original and return shipping charges, on receipt of the faulty item.

Once an order is placed and payment submitted, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled for change of mind or any other reason.

Shipping and Delivery

Combined shipping is available for multiple items and will be calculated at checkout. Australian orders will be shipped via local courier services and Australia Post. International orders will be shipped via international courier and postal services.

We do not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered if that country is a country other than Australia. You are responsible for all such taxes and duties.

Sam Kerr Football will make all reasonable efforts to deliver items in line with standard shipping timeframes however Sam Kerr Football does not take any responsibility for delays (and has no liability for such delays) as a result of actions by any shipping or logistics partner.
